Let’s chat! I love chatting…it’s, like, my favorite!

 I’m Kristin Mastrangelo, (Muh-stran-jello) (go head, try it out…it’s easier than it looks), a pro makeup & hair artist catering to the Washington DC Metro Area specializing in wedding, special event, & television artistry, spending most of my time trying to think of PC ways to avoid putting on “real” pants. 

 While located in Northern Virginia, I don’t let that stop me! If you need me, I’ll be right there with you making sure your vision comes true! Traveling is one of my favorite things to do and if my kits can come along, they totally do.

  I’m 39 years old, a wife & mummy to 4 of the most frustratingly awesome spawns alive. My hubs, Jason is the hocus to my pocus, the Gomez to my Morticia & has been for the last 21 years. Although we made it “official” 16 years ago. We’ve got 2 giant kittehs, Atreyu & Dracula, If you ask…I’ve got pictures and probably videos…don’t be shy.

Obsessed with metal music (and obviously 90s jams), a proper cup of tea (the best is obviously still imported), all black everything, horror movies, true crime, & Bravo. I love yoga, hiking, LONG bike (not a motorcycle - I’m not that cool) rides & desserts. I’m a creature of the night & I wear weird with honor. I loathe being late. Sarcasm is my 2nd language, I love making peeps laugh, & am always #minnesotanice.
I feel like my “let’s introduce ourselves” needed to be a little more insightful for my clients, because I’ve been told before I an be lot. As a neurodivergent human bean, I’m completely aware that it can be “true”. That being said, I’m a super easy going babe who simultaneously also loves a plan. I love talking, but sometimes I can be VERY quiet. I have a million things in my head all of the time & chances are I’m only able to chatter about some of them. When I’m comfortable with people, I tend to let my guard down and my faux-filter (so people don’t freak out) goes right down with it. Personally, I believe everyone should be at least a little weird...normal is a setting on a dryer...so embrace you, be different, and do what you want.

To me, true beauty isn’t skin deep, so my job is all about making you shine, enhancing that inner badass and bringing out that gorgeous siren hiding inside! You are special like no other, and I want your whole experience to be that way. I’m an imaginative thinker that brings you tailored looks that are in tune to your vision and bring to you a luxury client experience. The kind of luxurious services that everyone wants & I feel everyone should be able to have, whether it's your wedding day, birthday, prom, or let's be serious…because it's Tuesday.
